Auftrittsfläche:
• Die Aktionsfläche muss eben, trocken und staubfrei sein! Es dürfen KEINE Hindernisse|Objekte im Auftrittsbereich stehen!

• Für den Roboter muss der Untergrund eine Traglast von 700 kilo pro qm | pro Standfuss erfüllen!
• Die Positionierung auf einer Wiese ist möglich, so lange diese trocken und fest ist. UliK bringt Schwerlastplatten zur Unterstützung der
Standpunkte des Roboters mit, sowie Schalbretter um die punktuelle Lastenverteilung bei der Zufahrt zum Auftrittsort zu verringern.
• Der Controller und Techniker werden in Sichtweite des Roboters in einem schwarzen Zelt (2x2) platziert, max 25 m entfernt!
• Kleinere Aktionsflächen und geringere Höhen sind NUR nach vorheriger Absprache möglich. Sobald Umprogrammierungen notwendig sind,
fallen Zusatzkosten an, die im Vorfeld kalkuliert und mit dem Kunden abgestimmt werden!

Technik vom Veranstalter zu stellen:
• Starkstromanschluss 32 CEE ohne vorgeschalteten FI !!!
UliK bringt einen eigenen Sicherungskasten mit eingebautem FI und ein 60 m Verlängerungskabel mit!
• Soundsystem: 2 x 15“ Speaker, 1.000 Watt, 1 subwoover plus passender Verstärker mit kleinem Mischpult
• Lichttechnik: ausreichende Ausleuchtung der gesamten Spielfläche bei Dunkelheit
• Kabelbrücken für Stromkabel

Transport | Parken:
• Barrierefreie Zufahrt für Transporter mit Anhänger zum Auftrittsort
• Die Zufahrt muss folgende Mindestmaße garantieren: 3m breit x 4m hoch
• Parkfläche für Mercedes Sprinter und Anhänger in der Nähe des Auftrittsortes und am Hotel muss gegeben sein
• Maße Sprinter: 6-7 m lang; 2 m breit; 2,7 m hoch
• Maße Anhänger: 4 m lang, 2,2 m breit

Set-up | Vorbereitungszeit:
• Die Aufbauzeit bzw. Positionierung des Roboters beträgt mindestens 120 Minuten, abhängig davon wie nah der Sprinter an die Spielfläche anfahren kann.
• Der Roboter hat einen fahrbaren Unterbau und wird an die jeweilige Endposition gefahren. Die Zufahrt MUSS eben sein, keine Stufen oder Schrägen auf dem Weg zur Auftrittsposition!
• Sollte ein Hindernis im Weg sein MUSS dies unbedingt im Vorfeld abgeklärt werden!
• Anreise am Vortag für einen ersten Check der Gegebenheiten vor Ort, ggf. muss die Programmierung des Roboters angepasst werden.
• Während Programmierarbeiten vor Ort muss der Bereich für jegliche Aufbauarbeiten abgesperrt sein, dies kann bei Umprogrammierungen mehrere Stunden dauern!
• Mindestens 1 Stunde Zeit für kurze Proben und Soundcheck vor dem Auftritt einplanen!

Sicherheitsvorkehrung:
• Die Steuerung des Roboters ist mit einem Notschalter ausgestattet, der jederzeit den Abbruch der Aktion ermöglicht!
• Die eingesetzten Roboter arbeiten mit TÜV zertifizierter Bereichsbegrenzung, permanenter Bereichsüberwachung und Hersteller zertifizierten
Programmierern nach internationalen Standards. Die entsprechenden Zertifikate liegen vor!
• Die Show wird von einem erfahrenen Techniker geleitet, der die Steuerung des Roboters übernimmt und für die Sicherheit der Akteure verantwortlich ist.

Performance area:
• The performance area must be level, dry and dust-free, NO obstacles or objects are allowed in the performance area!
• For the robot the ground must have a load capacity of 700 kilo per sqm | per standing point!
• Positioning on grass is possible as long as it is dry and firm. UliK brings heavy-duty boards to support the robot's position and to reduce the
punctual load distribution when approaching the performance place.
• The controller and technician are placed in a black tent (2 x 2 m) within sight of the robot, max 25 m away!
• Smaller performance areas and heights are possible but ONLY after prior consultation! As soon as reprogramming is necessary, additional
costs are incurred, which are calculated in advance and agreed with the customer!

Technical supply by organizer:
• high voltage power 32 or 63 CEE without upstream FI !!!
• UliK comes with its own fuse box with built-in FI and a 60 m long extension cable!
• regular power is needed for unloading the robot from the trailer and for moving into position!
• Soundsystem: 2 x 15“ Speaker, 1.000 watt, 1 subwoover plus amplifier with a small mixer!
• Light: sufficient illumination of the entire playing area in the dark

Transport:
• Barrier-free access for transporter with trailer to the place of performance
• necessary | minimum space needed for access to performance area : 3m wide x 4m high
• Robot and controller are transported in a MercedesSprinter van and trailer – sufficient parking space close to the performance place and at the hotel have to be considered!
• measures Sprinter van: 6-7 m long; 2 m wide; 2,7 m high
• measures trailer: 4 m long, 2,2 m wide

Set-up | preparation time:
• Preparing and positioning of Robot takes minimum 120 minutes, depending on how close the Sprinter can drive to the performance place.
• The Robot is based on a moving platform, which will be moved to the final position. The way to the position has to be even, no steps or bevels on the way! UliK will bring some ramps that can be used in minor cases. If there is any obstacle in the way it has to be considered in advance.
• Arrival one day prior to performance for positioning the Robot and check of location and performance place, if necessary the programming of the Robot has to be adjusted on site.
• During programming work on site, the area must be closed off for any assembly work; this can take several hours during reprogramming!
• Allow at least 1 hour for short rehearsals and soundcheck before the performance!

Security:
• The control of the robot is equipped with an emergency switch, which at any time allows the termination of the show!
• The robot works with TÜV certified area limitation, permanent area monitoring and manufacturer certified programmers according to international standards. The corresponding certificates are available!
• Ulik is accompanied by a technician who takes over the control of the robot and is responsible for the safety during the show.
